The University for Continuing Education Krems (Danube University Krems) is the founding institution of the Accademia Vicino di Accumoli. Its Research Lab Sustainable Cultural Heritage is the leader and coordinator of this project for the holistic revitalisation of Accumoli and its environment.

The Austrian Cultural Forum Rome acts as an institution of the Austrian Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs and promotes cultural exchange. The activities of the Accademia Vicino di Accumoli are organised with its support and patronage.

The municipality of Accumoli is a founding partner of the Accademia Vicino di Accumoli. It provides logistical and organisational support to the international orchestra academy and makes the entire infrastructure available.
